We are seeking dependable and motivated Boarding Machine Operators in High Point, NC to join a growing textile manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate specialized boarding equipment used to shape, finish, and prepare socks for distribution, while meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing work and are motivated by performance-based pay opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate boarding equipment to shape and finish socks according to production standards
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain steady production output to meet or exceed daily goals
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for the duration of the shift
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift and perform repetitive work
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
