What You'll Be Doing:
- Building lasting relationships with property owners and landlords
- Working hot inbound leads and converting them into closed deals

- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (especially during the spring boom!)
What You Need:
- MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with tech—real estate platforms, CRMs, social media
- Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
- Ability to work independently AND with a team
- Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in real estate or sales
- Know the Boston neighborhoods like the back of your hand
- Speak multiple languages
