Location: Richmond, KY
Summer Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) + Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Winter Hours: Potentially 35 hours per week

Education Requirements + Experience
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical, motor repair, small engine, automotive, or related experience
- Strong understanding of basic tools, parts, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues; electrical experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb in and out of boats and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Must provide own tool

Job Duties
- Perform boat cleaning, detailing, and service preparation
- Assist with installation of marine electronics, accessories, and equipment on fishing, bass, and pontoon boats
- Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, spark plugs, and gear oil services
- Learn to diagnose and repair marine engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, cooling systems, and mechanical components
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
