Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various stages of the assembly process.
- Support team members with tasks such as:
- Spot welding using manual welding guns
- Applying adhesives and sealants to designated areas
- Assisting in the installation of closures including doors, hoods, and fenders.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or general labor experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in a physically active, team-based environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable working with tools and around machinery.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
