Body Shop Customer Service Coordinator

As a Body Shop Customer Service Coordinator, you will have the following tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones using polite and proper etiquette.
• Update customers via phone and electronically with CCC Update Plus.
• Open Repair Orders in CDK.
• Work with Production Manager and parts dept. to close Repair Orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure work files are complete, to contain warranties, procedures and authorizations.
• Work with estimator to schedule customers and confirm any additional repairs requested.
• Coordinate sublet work with vendors as necessary.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure Repair plan in CCC is updated as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area.
• May be required to take photos and assist with customer/vehicle check in.
