    Body Shop Estimator Assistant
     
    Lakeland Auto Mall is seeking an individual with a positive attitude, ambition to succeed and looking for a career in the Automotive Industry.   If you are willing to spend the time training with experienced professionals to become a Body Shop Estimator Assistant, we want to talk to you!
     
    Job Summary:
     
    A Body Shop Estimator Assistant works closely with our Estimators on repair claims, are the liaison with insurance companies, rental car companies and other vendors. Assistants are responsible for keeping customers updated with repair status and various other office duties.   
     
    Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Automotive experience preferred but willing to train the right person
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
    • Be professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers, coworkers and vendors
    • Excellent communication skills and very detail oriented
    • Professional appearance 
    • Must meet company's requirements for employment
    • Highest ethical standards
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
     
    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: 
    • Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
    • Must be able to perform all job functions including pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting & reaching
    • Exposure to moving machinery and changes in temperature due to working inside and outside
    • Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
