Body Shop Helper – Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Sterling Collision Center in Opelousas, LA is hiring a Body Shop Helper to support our technicians and keep the shop running efficiently day-to-day.
This is a hands-on, active role. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to get started in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Move vehicles, parts, and materials throughout the shop
- Receive and organize incoming parts and deliveries
- Assist technicians and the Body Shop Manager as needed
- Keep the shop, work areas, and restrooms clean and organized
- Take out trash and maintain a safe, clutter-free environment
- Help with general shop tasks and errands as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet most of the day
- Takes direction well and stays productive without constant supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be 18+ years old due to insurance purposes
- Able to lift and move parts/materials regularly
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time (no weekends)
