We are seeking an experienced Heavy Truck Body Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy commercial truck collision and repair facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily body shop operations and repair schedules
• Lead, train and support body technicians, painters and support staff

• Communicate repair status with customers, insurance companies and internal departments
• Ensure high standards for safety, workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Monitor productivity, cycle time, quality and department performance
• Assist with hiring, staffing and employee development

Qualifications

• Previous body shop management or supervisory experience
• Commercial truck, heavy-duty vehicle or collision repair experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer-service skills
• Experience with estimating, insurance claims and repair documentation
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities
• Working knowledge of paint, frame, fabrication and collision-repair processes
