Responsibilities:

• -Accurately assess damage and necessary parts and labor for repairs
• -Work with body shop estimators to assess insurance requirements
• -Assist in supplement requests
• -Meet all standard manufacturer requirements for the correct repair
• -Communicate any discrepancies between manufacturer requirements and insurance requirements
• -Ensure and inspect for quality work

Requirements:

• -High school diploma
• -Technical school training
• -ASE/I-Car certifications are preferred
• -Professional appearance and communication
• -Genuine desire to serve
• -Ability to multitask
• -Desire for long-term career development
