Commercial Vehicle or Automotive Painter Full Time North Bergen, NJ
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Coach USA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bus Painter to join our maintenance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our fleet of buses maintains a professional clean and appealing appearance that reflects the quality and pride of our company.

Responsibilities
• Prep for painting including sanding, masking, and priming • Apply finishes according to manufacturer specifications • Operate and maintain spray guns properly • Follow all safety procedures including proper handling of chemicals and paints • Maintain a exceptionally clean and organized work area • Collaborate with other technicians as needed to complete repairs
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle painting • Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and color-matching techniques • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
