    Description

BODYBAR Pilates West Cobb is a boutique reformer Pilates studio that opened in 2025 and is growing fast. We are locally owned and operated, we know our members by name, and we are building something that lasts. This role is a chance to shape how we grow.

      The Role

This is a member experience and studio operations leadership role — not a teaching position. You do not need to be a Pilates instructor, and you will not be on the teaching schedule.

You are the person who makes this studio feel like a place people belong. You know our members by name, you notice when someone stops showing up, and you do something about it before they cancel. You are also the person our team counts on. When someone needs a schedule sorted, coverage found, or an answer to something, they come to you.

We are looking for someone who wants to represent this studio — who learns our brand inside and out, believes in it, and becomes a reason people stay.

If you have run the floor at a restaurant, salon, med spa, boutique, hotel, or membership club — and you are the person who sees what needs doing and does it without being asked — this role was built for you.

      What You’ll Own

Member Experience & Retention - Own the member journey from first class through the first 90 days and beyond - Identify
members who are slipping away and re-engage them before they cancel - Celebrate milestones, welcome new faces, build real
relationships on the floor every day - Resolve member concerns quickly and with good judgment
Member Strategy & Communications - Own what our members and prospects actually see — campaigns, emails, texts,
automations - Monitor corporate-driven communications and make sure they are landing correctly for our studio - Dig into our
reporting — membership, attendance, retention, utilization — to find what is working and where we are losing ground - Bring us a
monthly read on what to keep, cut, or change
Community, Events & Social - Own event planning and execution end to end — in-studio events, out-of-studio brand and
community events, pop-ups, and local activations - Build and cultivate local business and community partnerships - Own our
social media presence and content capture - Build our reputation across West Cobb
Scheduling & Team Operations - Support studio scheduling — classes, instructors, and staff coverage - Own coverage: fill gaps,
secure subs, and keep every shift and class staffed - Be the operational and administrative go-to for our team — the person who
has the answer on schedules, systems, logistics, and process - Support instructor onboarding and keep the team informed,
                      organized, and connected
Studio Operations - Maintain equipment, run preventative maintenance, order parts and supplies - Uphold brand standards,
cleanliness, and organization - Serve as our liaison to corporate on fitness-side standards and updates - Support front of house,
sales, and the management team as needed

Be Honest With Yourself About This Part

This is a lot of job. It is a wide role in a growing studio, and it will stay wide.

You will spend your first several months learning constantly — our method, our systems, our members, our brand, our software. You will be given more than you can do perfectly and asked to tell us what needs help.

We are hiring someone who is energized by that, not someone who tolerates it. If you want a defined task list and a predictable week, this is the wrong job and we would rather you know that now.

Your Schedule — Please Read This Carefully

This is not a 9-to-5 job.
We are open seven days a week and some holidays, and our busiest hours are early mornings, evenings, and weekends. That is when our members are here, and that is when this role needs to be here.

This is a full-time salaried role. Your schedule will be set in partnership with the owner and Studio Manager, with room for flexibility and consistency week to week — but it will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, because that is when the studio needs leadership on the floor. Management sets the example for the team on this.

If you are looking for weekday daytime hours with weekends off, this is not the right role for you.

First Assignment: Our Studio Manager will be on maternity leave this fall. You will train directly with her first, then help hold studio operations alongside the owner during her leave. That is significant responsibility early. We are hiring someone who wants it.

      What We’re Looking For

2+ years leading people or operations in a service, hospitality, retail, or membership environment
Self-directed. You do not need a task list handed to you. You see the gap and close it.
Strong task management. You can hold a long, competing list of work, prioritize it yourself, and keep it moving without needing
                      reminders or close oversight.
Follow-through. When you say you will do something, it gets done — and if it cannot, we hear about it early.
Genuinely warm with people, and comfortable having a difficult conversation
Organized enough to run a schedule and several projects at the same time
A fast learner who asks questions and takes feedback well
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn our systems
Able and willing to work a schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends (see “Your Schedule” above)

Not required: Pilates certification or fitness industry experience. We will teach you the method and the business. We cannot teach drive.

      Compensation & Benefits

                $46,000 base salary, paid bi-weekly
Performance bonus tied to member retention and overall studio performance — $8,000–$14,000 annually at target
Paid time off, accruing from day one
                Paid holidays
                Free unlimited drop-in classes
                Discounted retail merchandise
Growth potential — we promote from within, and additional locations are part of our long-term plan

    Ready to Build Something?

If you are the person who notices what is falling through the cracks and fixes it before anyone asks — we would love to hear from you. Apply today and tell us about a time you did exactly that.

Compensation: $46,000 Base Salary + performance bonus  | Projected total earnings $54,000–$60,000 based on studio performance
    Compensation: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
