PART I: SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Board of Education Meeting AV Streaming Coordinator is responsible for preparing, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and breaking down the audiovisual equipment used to livestream Board of Education meetings. The coordinator ensures that meeting audio and video are clear, reliable, and accessible to the public. Responsibilities include completing all required setup and testing before each meeting, actively managing the livestream throughout the meeting, responding to technical problems as they arise, and removing and securing equipment before the start of the next school day.

PART V: WORK SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
This stipend position is based on an anticipated schedule of two Board of Education meetings per month. Each meeting assignment includes up to six hours for setup, testing, livestream operation, troubleshooting, equipment breakdown, and related responsibilities. This represents approximately 24 meetings and 144 hours during a 12-month period.
The annual stipend for these regularly scheduled meetings is $6,480.00.
Meetings beyond the regularly scheduled two meetings per month will be compensated separately at the skilled event worker hourly rate established in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees must submit a time sheet for these additional hours. The skilled event worker rate for SY27 is currently $46.44 per hour and is subject to future changes under the collective bargaining agreement. The appointment, stipend, and payment for additional meetings are subject to Board approval and applicable district policies and collective bargaining agreements.
