We're looking for our next great Evening Back of House Team Member! Must be able to work between the hours of 2pm - 11pm.

At Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza, we believe in investing in our team members. As a Back of House Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to grow in the culinary field and expand your skill set in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your role will not only focus on preparing high-quality food but also on gaining valuable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Guest Engagement: Honor the values of Chick-fil-A by creating emotional connections with guests, even from the back of house.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Must have weekend availability.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Strong accountability and reliability.

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
