As a HOH (Heart of the House) manager, your role is impactful to team members and guests.

Half of the guest’s experience lies on your shoulders. TP BOH employees ensure that each TP food item is prepared with the highest quality, care, and craftsmanship. We take immense pride in the food we serve to our guests!

Responsibilities include:

· Manage day to day kitchen operations and delegate tasks to team

· Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook food items.

· Follow all recipes, portion standards, and TP culinary guidelines.

· Maintain proper sanitation and adhere to all food safety procedures.

· Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to uphold restaurant cleanliness and a safe, organized work environment.

· Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.

· Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation tasks.

· Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.

· Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly after use.

· Communicate with front-of house team to ensure guests are receive meals timely and accurately

Qualifications

Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: At least one year of experience as a cook and/or manager
