What You'll Do
As a BOH Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of Chick-fil-A, ensuring every meal is prepared with care and precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking our signature menu items to the highest standards of quality and food safety.
- Assembling orders quickly and accurately to ensure our guests receive hot, fresh food.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment care and dish management.
- Collaborating with the FOH team to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.
- Upholding safety standards to ensure a healthy environment for both our team and our guests.
