About the Role:

The Boiler Operator Blue is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers within a facility, ensuring continuous steam and hot water supply to meet operational demands. This role requires vigilant monitoring of boiler systems, performing routine inspections, and making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Boiler Operator certification or license as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating industrial boilers or related equipment.
• Strong understanding of boiler operation principles, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and operational procedures.
