Responsibilities:
- 1. Preventitive/Corrective maintenance
- 1.1 Identification of equipment
- 2. Boiler Plant Operation
- 2.1 Performs safety checks on operating boilers
- 3. Chiller Plant Operation
- 3.1 Performs operational checks on operating chillers
- 4. Fire Alarm system
- 4.1 Locate detector in failure or alarm
- 5. HVAC
- 5.1 Understand all AHU operational parameters
- 6. DDC System operation
- 6.1 Monitors systems for proper operation
- 7. General maintenance
- 8. Electrical
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
High school or votech school graduation
EXPERIENCE
Recent major plant operations experience
LICENSURE
4th class stationary engineers license or equivalent preferred
