Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Operate and monitor boilers, feedwater systems, fuel systems, and auxiliary equipment
  • Maintain proper pressure and temperature levels for safe operation
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and system failures
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate logs for operations, maintenance, and inspections
  • Report abnormalities and assist in technical reporting for audits
  • Participate in safety drills and emergency response situations
  • Train and mentor junior mechanics and technicians
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for optimal system performance

Qualifications – Needed
Structure:
  • Valid Third Engineer (Boiler Operator) Certification (or equivalent regulatory certification)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in boiler operations and maintenance
  • Experience working with high-pressure systems and emergency scenarios
  • Strong background in industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heat, noise, industrial settings)
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
