Peerless is searching for a detail-oriented and adaptable Aircrew Scheduler to support squadron flying operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining flight schedules, coordinating with operational leadership, and ensuring aircrew training and mission requirements are met while adapting to constantly changing operational conditions.The Aircrew Scheduler will coordinate with Training Officers, Aviation Resource Management personnel, Unit Deployment Managers, and Operations Officers to develop and maintain long-range and short-range flying schedules. This position supports operational, qualification, upgrade, exercise, test, and continuation training requirements while ensuring compliance with currency and progression standards.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance, or previously held Secret Clearance that has expired (not revoked)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or a similar scheduling system
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly changing operational requirements
- Ability to work effectively with military leadership, aircrew, and support personnel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Air Force flying operations
- Experience coordinating training, exercises, deployments, and operational missions
- Familiarity with Aviation Resource Management processes
- Experience working with military scheduling databases and reporting systems
- Knowledge of aircrew training, currency, and qualification requirements
