SUMMARY
The Insert Prep / Bonding personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on Bonding and insert prep for Manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepping metals, plastic, and other materials to be bonded.
- Masking of materials to prevent damage from sandblasting and or abrading for prepping purposes
- Degreasing and or solvent cleaning of materials to be bonded
- Proper handling of cleaned or prepped substrates
- Proper storage of solvents
- Check and monitor process conditions to obtain better yield
- Able to use mechanical measuring tools (Micrometers, Calipers and or depth gauges)
- Able to prioritize multiple assignments
- Assist as required throughout the facility when needed
- Complete assignments in a timely manner
- Input daily production data into Industrios
- Have Knowledge of ISO and Aerospace standards - preferred but not required
- Train and or assist in training new employees
- Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficient exist on opportunity for improvements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Work hours: Monday to Thursday 5am to 3:30pm, off Fridays.
