In this role, you'll assist clients with reservations, scheduling, and travel planning while ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish. You'll communicate with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel reservations, including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
- Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Research travel options that align with client preferences and budgets
- Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
- Communicate booking details and travel information clearly and professionally
- Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with computers and online communication tools
