We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals who are coachable and ready to learn. No prior experience needed — we offer full training to help you succeed. You will be responsible for helping customers book their travel experiences, handling inquiries, and ensuring all bookings go smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, etc.)

• Answer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Process reservations and confirm travel details

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of bookings

• Work within set guidelines to meet customer satisfaction targets

• Follow company processes for payment and cancellation policies

Requirements:

• Must be coachable and eager to learn

• No previous experience necessary — full training provided

• Must be located in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Caribbean islands, or Europe

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
