We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in accuracy while contributing to the overall success of the community.

 

Compensation Rate: $20.00 Hourly 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions (AP/AR, invoices, payments)

  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

  • Assist with payroll processing and reporting

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records

  • Support the month-end close and reporting

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding financial matters

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
