Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant

We are an emerging home care organization that supports the decision of our seniors and their families to live independently and safely in our residential homes. Our goal is to continuously strive to connect compassionate, experienced, and dedicated caregivers who provide extraordinary care to every resident.
The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to support our Rest Home offices in Dorchester. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing financial tasks, office operations, and communication across our care team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
  1. Process invoices, payments, and resident billing.
  1. Prepare financial reports as needed.
  1. Assist with payroll coordination and documentation.
  1. Manage administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  1. Support leadership with office organization and special projects.
  1. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and state documentation requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must have QuickBooks experience.
  1. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  1. Previous insurance experience.
  1. Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  1. A compassionate nature, suited for a senior care environment.
