About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Utilize accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • At lest three years experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role in the Restaurant Industry 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of AP processes and financial reporting is a plus.
