Bookkeeper- AR focused!

Bookkeeper - Direct Hire | Onsite - Eden Prairie | $25-$26/hr

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping financial operations running smoothly? We're seeking a Bookkeeper to join a growing organization where you'll play a key role in supporting billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation activities.

What You'll Do

• Manage invoicing activities and ensure accurate, timely billing.
• Process and reconcile incoming payments across multiple payment methods.
• Monitor outstanding balances and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to support collections and issue resolution.
• Assist with financial operations, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support special projects and other accounting-related initiatives as needed.

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting support, or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial management systems.
• Familiarity with reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
