Key Responsibilities

As the Bookkeeper, you will:

• 
  
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure QuickBooks remains up to date in real time
• 
  
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities and trust accounts
• 
  
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
• 
  
• Assist with quarterly financial statement preparation and reporting
• 
  
• Support the Controller with accounting projects and special assignments
• 
  
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial documentation across all entities
• 
  

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for this Bookkeeper role will have:

• 
  
• Proven bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong QuickBooks experience required
• 
  
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement support
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• 
  
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience preferred
•
