Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• 
  
• Support the Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting functions
• 
  
• Assist in overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• 
  
• Prepare and post journal entries
• 
  
• Support month-end close processes
• 
  
• Assist with financial report preparation and reconciliation activities
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple business entities
• 
  
• Utilize accounting software and internal systems to ensure data accuracy
• 
  
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to support business objectives
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• 
  
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• 
  
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end close activities
•
