Salary range- $55,000-$68,000

Overview of the Bookkeeper role:

• 
  
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities
• 
  
• Prepare accurate financial statements
• 
  
• Maintain the general ledger for multiple entities
• 
  
• Process and reconcile payroll, including payroll taxes and garnishments
• 
  
• Manage employee benefits administration related to payroll
• 
  
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• 
  
• Process year-end W-2s and 1099s
• 
  
• Assist with HR-related administrative functions
• 
  

Prefer Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• 
  
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
