We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing multi-location operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking daily transactions and ensuring the integrity of our financial data across all stores.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable and comfortable working with high-volume data. They should be confident in managing bookkeeping tasks independently while collaborating with leadership and regional managers to ensure accurate reporting and financial visibility.
Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses and invoices
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and internal reports regularly
Monitor and categorize expenses to ensure proper cost tracking across locations
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership
Identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies in financial data
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure alignment between financial data and store performance
Assist with basic payroll tracking and onboarding-related financial documentation
Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar financial role
Experience with R465 is a plus but not required
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience with tools such as QuickBooks, Excel or similar systems
