What You’ll Do


In this role, the Bookkeeper will support both accounting operations and customer‑facing processes:



  • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email, providing timely and professional service

  • Post cash receipts, charges, and late fees accurately

  • Assist with bids and related documentation

  • Order, track, and organize products from multiple vendors

  • Collect and maintain vendor invoices, ensuring proper organization and record‑keeping

  • Support daily administrative and accounting tasks that keep operations running smoothly


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a close‑knit team
