full and part-time Bookkeeper to help manage our business's growth.

As for the schedule, our Bookkeeper works between the hours of
9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR BOOKKEEPER Handling vital job costing, accrual accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable responsibilities, you'll make sure all records are accurate and updated. You'll maintain our books, general ledger. Prioritizing accuracy, you'll measure job revenue, record expenses (labor, materials, etc.), and reconcile job costing data. You'll keep track of all vendor invoices, make payments on time, and report any cost variances to leadership. You'll also track customer invoices, reconciling payments as they come in and flagging accounts with overdue balances. Every month, you'll accurately reconcile loans, bank accounts, and credit cards as well as generate detailed financial documents for leadership.
