Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Canton, Ohio
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant):
• Process accounts payable transactions, vendor payments, expense reports, and related accounting activities
• Perform bank, vendor, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage daily cash activity and record cash transactions, transfers, and other banking activity
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting support
• Support compliance requirements including 1099 reporting, account analysis, and documentation maintenance
Qualifications (Staff Accountant):
• 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or general accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), SAP Concur, or similar accounting systems is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
