What You'll Own
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Track property-related financial activity, including rental income, operating expenses, security deposits, and owner distributions.
- Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts and ledgers, and support budgeting, audits, and special accounting projects.
What Will Help You Succeed
- 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
$70,000-$85,000. On-site in Carle Place, NY. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
