Bookkeeper (Accounts Payable Focus)

$20-$23/hour

We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a strong Accounts Payable focus to join a growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their accounting career in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and code high-volume invoices accurately

• Manage invoice approvals and vendor communications

• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies

• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations

• Support weekly payment processing (ACH, checks, electronic payments)

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment processing

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Accounts Payable or accounting experience

• Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred

• Basic Excel skills required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
