Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Finance Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role supports core accounting functions including payables, receivables, payroll, and vendor management while ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Financial Operations
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts (balance checkbooks across 4 accounts)
- Assist with general ledger entries and accuracy
- Perform regular account reconciliations
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Process payroll for 15-20 employees, including payroll taxes
- Provide occasional support with employee benefits administration
Vendor Management
- Maintain vendor relationships and records
- Ensure accurate billing, payments, and issue resolution with vendors
Systems & Reporting
- Work within internal accounting software (training provided) and support transition to new system
- Assist with financial data tracking and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to new software and systems
