About Us:

Guernsey Holdings ZRC Opco, LLC is a multi-unit Zaxbys franchise management group dedicated to operational excellence, team development and community growth.  We manage a network of Zaxbys restaurants across multiple states, providing leadership, support, and strategic direction to ensure exceptional service and performance at every location.  We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and highly organized Bookkeeper to help support our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist with payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Support year-end closing and audits
• Work closely with the accountant and other departments

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• On-site position at our Florence, SC office
