Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for the organization
Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments
Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections follow-up
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain and update general ledger entries
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and journal entries
Prepare financial reports and support internal reporting needs
Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company procedures
Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Strong background in AP, AR, and reconciliations
Experience with general ledger and month-end processes preferred
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliations)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
