We're seeking to hire a Bookkeeper to support the Business Office.
- $15 to $18 per hour based on skills and experience.
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business Office experience preferred.
- Advanced ability to gather, interpret and analyze data.
- Effective communications skills and a respect for confidentiality.
Bookkeeper Job Summary:
- Support the Business Office Manager (BOM) with various tasks.
- Update and maintain all census information for all facility residents.
- Receive and record cash payments posting.
- Maintain residents’ personal needs accounts.
- Complete required vendor reports to ensure they have accurate resident information.
- Assist BOM with the facility Accounts Receivable Billing Specialists to resolve census and/or billing problems.
- Participate in regularly scheduled AR Meetings and monthly Medicare Triple Check Meetings.
