Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting needs of a fast-paced manufacturing operation. We are looking for a dependable professional with strong bookkeeping fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.Calisota Parts is a growing precision manufacturing company serving industrial and commercial customers nationwide.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping transactionsManage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, payment processing, and customer collectionsReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basisRecord and categorize financial transactions accurately in QuickBooksMaintain vendor and customer account records and resolve discrepancies as neededAssist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preparationTrack expenses, purchasing activity, and other financial transactions related to manufacturing operationsCoordinate with management, purchasing, customer service, and operations to ensure financial records are complete and accurateMaintain organized electronic and physical accounting records and supporting documentationSupport payroll, tax documentation, audits, and other accounting or administrative functions as assignedRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experienceQuickBooks experience is requiredPrevious bookkeeping or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is requiredStrong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activityHigh level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve account discrepanciesProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environmentPreferred Skills:JobBOSS ERP experience strongly preferredExperience with manufacturing ERP systems and job-costing environmentsFamiliarity with inventory, purchasing, work orders, and manufacturing cost flowExperience supporting month-end close and preparing reports for managementKnowledge of payroll processing, sales tax, or other routine accounting compliance functionsStrong follow-through and communication skills when working across departmentsScheduleFull-time positionOn-site positionBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceGrowth opportunities as the company expandsSupportive, family-oriented team culturePaid time off, Flexible Schedules & holidays This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper who understands the pace and detail required in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.
