Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:



  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations

  • Assist with financial reporting and audit support

  • Track expenses and ensure accurate financial records

  • Support budgeting and internal financial controls


Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:



  • 1-3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Experience with general ledger and reconciliations
