Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Prepare and process payroll-related transactions
• Support accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred
