Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and past-due accounts
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
• Assist with cash flow tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Support audit preparation and work with external accountants as needed
• Respond to client and vendor inquiries regarding billing and payments
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting, reporting, and reconciliations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Degree or certification in Accounting or a related field
• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Experience with AP, AR, invoicing, and collections
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in a service-based industry is a plus
