Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at a reputable CPA firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll processing. This role requires proficiency in accounting software, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• 
  
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• 
  
• Assist with payroll preparation and compliance.
• 
  
• Prepare and submit financial reports to support tax filings and audits.
• 
  
• Collaborate with CPAs to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
