- 1–2 years of experience or internship experience in Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, or basic accounting support.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; backgrounds in finance, accounting, business, or data-related fields are a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, email, shared documents, and basic accounting/finance systems.
- Prior experience in invoice processing, payments, reimbursements, reconciliations, or vendor record maintenance is preferred.
- Review, process, enter, and file invoices, payment requests, reimbursement forms, and supporting documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain payment records, vendor documentation, account information, and other basic financial records.
- Support fixed asset documentation, retention of personal tax-related materials, and other basic finance support tasks.
- Track payment status, perform reconciliations, and promptly identify and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with relevant colleagues to collect missing documents, confirm payment details, and move the process forward.
