Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process invoices, customer payments, and bank deposits
• 
  
• The Bookkeeper will support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• 
  
• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit card statements
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• 
  
• The Bookkeeper will communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve accounting issues
• 
  
• The Bookkeeper will perform general bookkeeping and administrative accounting duties as assigned
• 
  

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper Role

• 
  
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• 
  
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software preferred
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
