Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process rental payments, security deposits, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded to the appropriate ledgers.
• 
  
• Manage lease paperwork, review documentation, and assist with lease audits.
• 
  
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping responsibilities.
• 
  
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and backup phone support.
• 
  
• Partner with the accounting team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or basic accounting experience preferred.
