Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

Manage daily bookkeeping and general accounting activities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Support invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
Assist with month-end accounting tasks

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

Prior experience in bookkeeping or an accounting support role
Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations
Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
