Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:



  • Manage daily bookkeeping and general accounting activities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

  • Support invoicing, billing, and payment tracking

  • Assist with month-end accounting tasks


Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:



  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or an accounting support role

  • Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations

  • Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
