Here’s an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative office support across the company.  This is a part-time position working 24 to 30 hours each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records using Microsoft Office and ERP or accounting software
  • Record transactions, update accounts, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, maintain bank records, and prepare deposits
  • Prepare financial reports, sales reports, and 1099-related filings
  • Use Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Dropbox, and Google Workspace
  • Work with the COO and CPA to support accurate profit-and-loss reporting
  • Manage files, customer records, and company data
  • Provide clerical, reception, and showroom support, greet guests, answer phones and emails, and support customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, order supplies, and prepare documents and quotes, contracts, and staffing schedules
  • Support advertising and marketing materials as needed and create Marketing events
  • Follow all applicable company, state, and federal requirements
